NEW CLIPS! NEW CLIPS! NEW CLIPS! Frequently asked questions: How come I have to download the clips and use a unzipping utility? There are a lot of media files available on this website. In fact, over 1700. To have them available for downloading would cause too much stress on my server. So I have to force downloads. Most of the older clips use RealMedia because it was a smaller format and I was on dialup at the time. Because I now have DSL, the clips will be in WMV format. They'll continue to be zipped. Can I use the clips in music videos? Most of the videos are watermarked, so you don't have to credit me. However, I do ask that you least learn how to rip clips yourself. Your videos will look nicer without the www.xwponline.net watermark on the videos. The basic answer is: yes, but don't rely on me to provide you with clips. How come you don't post these to YouTube? I still want people to come to the website. However, I'm posting some videos YouTube if they'll be featured on the website. Can I ask to use the clips in my music video? Most of the videos are watermarked with the website URL---so crediting ming in the video is kinda pointless. However, I do ask that you at least ask me and provide me with a link to the finished product. Thanks. |
